This week's ASOC portrait and figure Work Group - Lisa returns.
Lisa was a couple of minutes late for the session, so for her first five minute pose she adopted the stance of someone venting at the person who made them late, and then she assumed the pose of someone desperately hailing a taxi. Two great poses from Lisa - both charcoal and soft pastel on newsprint (51 cm by 76 cm).
Here's the three gouaches I did for the three long poses. All gouache on water colour paper 50 cm by 70 cm.
And here is another two quick sketches - Lisa crouching and Lisa standing with one leg raised - a hard pose to hold for five minutes. Both charcoal on newsprint (51 cm by 76 cm).
