Reading Kate

With my attention focussed on my Layers and Backdrops exhibition I have been neglecting my portrait and life painting and drawing artworks. I am rectifying that with a series of posts covering mid last year to date.

Here are a couple of paintings and drawings of Kate who posed for us February this year. Kate has posed for the Tuesday workgroup a few times before, including when she was pregnant.

The paintings were done with 40 minute poses and the drawings were done with five minute poses.
