Trawling through my archives a couple of days ago, I stumbled on some drawings I did when Janet and I first lived in Malaysia in 1991.
The place seemed idyllic - and I was expected to play golf all day (yawn), so I drew a couple of nice drawings of the pleasing pool, snuggled against the hillside below our condo.
Unfortunately, it didn't take long for the neighbourhood louts to show up.
They may be relatives, but they are bastards.
The good news is, we moved closer to the High Commission in KL.
