Hat's on, it seems like the beach

We had a tremendous session a few weeks ago at my ASOC Portrait and Life workgroup.

I like to lively brushstrokes brought to the painting shown here. Lots of life captured in 40 minutes. There's also three of the 5 minute sketches with a lightness of touch (for me) from holding the charcoal further up the stick.
